My family and I moved from Chicago to Mansfield in 2011, and I truly believe in the saying, “I’m not from Texas, but I ran here as fast as I could.” This is home sweet home for me, my two sons, Frank and Kodi, and our two dogs. My story is also deeply shaped by my late mother, Ignacia, who was my best friend, my confidant, my biggest cheerleader and kept our family in line :) until she passed this past November.
Professionally, I have been in leadership for over 30 years. I began my career in staffing while earning my B.A. in H.R. and quickly moved from recruiting into sales and branch management. In 2016, I founded Rodriguez Resources Group, a direct-hire staffing agency and in 2019 I became an independent healthcare broker licensed in 22 states, forming Rodriguez Resources Insurance Group. I am a serial entrepreneur at heart.
While I continue to run my health insurance brokerage, I have now joined my oldest son Frank in launching a new local commercial waste management company. We are dedicated to making our community cleaner and more sustainable for families and businesses alike. Service is a core value of mine. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and volunteer with Ascend Dallas formerly WiNGS in Dallas, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, and the The CJ Cup formerly Byron Nelson tournament. We are excited to serve as your new local partner in waste management and look forward to working with you.

I've traded in my fitness gear for a hard hat and heavy-duty gloves as the owner of a commercial waste removal company. Whether it's clearing out offices, warehouses, or construction sites, I'm your go-to guy for fast, reliable junk removal.
After wrapping up my football, college, and insurance days, I dove headfirst into the world of junk removal. My values remain the same: God, family, and hard work.
Growing up, hitting the gridiron taught me about discipline and team spirit, which I now bring to clearing out clutter for businesses with precision and hustle. I pride myself on tackling big messes with a smile and a get-it-done attitude, always ensuring we provide the best service possible for our clients.
